KITTUIS Camping adheres to the following conditions regarding the reservation and cancellation of products and services:

These terms become binding on both parties when the customer has made an advance payment for the reserved product or has paid both the advance payment and the final payment in one installment. The advance payment and final payment must be made by the specified due dates.

If the customer needs to cancel their reservation, it must be done in writing to KITTUIS Camping. Failure to pay the advance or final payment does not automatically cancel the reservation, and therefore does not exempt the customer from these cancellation terms.

If the reservation is made more than 14 days before the rental period, the reservation is paid in two installments. At the time of booking, a €20 reservation fee is paid, and the final payment is made 14 days before the start of the vacation. For last-minute bookings (less than 14 days before the accommodation start), all payments are required immediately. If the final payment has not been made at least 7 days before the start of the vacation, KITTUIS Camping will cancel the reservation and make it available for another booking. The person making the reservation must be of legal age.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must always be made in writing (email). KITTUIS Camping acknowledges the cancellation by responding to the customer's message. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the information about the cancellation has reached KITTUIS Camping. If the customer can demonstrate that the cancellation was made and sent to the correct address at the right time, the cancellation will be accepted even if it arrives late or does not arrive at all. The advance payment will be retained upon cancellation. If the cancellation of the reservation occurs later than 14 days before the start of the vacation, no payments will be refunded unless due to a serious accident or death. If the cancellation occurs during the vacation, the payment made by the customer will not be refunded. The customer should ensure that they have valid travel insurance.

KITTUIS CAMPING'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

In the event of force majeure, we have the right to terminate the agreement. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the rental fee paid to KITTUIS Camping.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES

The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the holiday destination or its property.

NUMBER OF PERSONS/OCCUPANCY OF THE COTTAGE

The holiday property may be used by a maximum number of persons as indicated in the description of the holiday property or as agreed upon when making the reservation.

POTENTIAL COMPLAINTS

All remarks and complaints regarding the condition and equipment of the accommodation should be addressed directly to the owner as soon as the issue arises. Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into account.

CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS AND HANDOVER OF THE HOLIDAY PROPERTY ON THE DEPARTURE DAY

The key will be available for the customer starting from 3 PM on the arrival day, and it must be returned by 12 PM on the departure day unless otherwise agreed upon.

The customer is responsible for any lost keys of the holiday property. The customer is also responsible for the costs associated with the installation of new locks and the production of new keys.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the holiday property as well as on the beach. The holiday property must be left in a clean condition when departing. If smoking has occurred inside the holiday property or if the cottage is left in an untidy condition, the customer is obligated to pay for the costs of cleaning resulting from this.

Disputes

The parties aim to resolve any disputes arising

 from the agreement through mutual negotiations. If no agreement is reached during the negotiations, the disputes will be resolved in court by the district court that handles disputes related to agreements in the area.

Right to Change Prices

KITTUIS Camping reserves the right to correct any errors in the price information on the online store before the agreement is formed. After the agreement is formed, KITTUIS Camping has the right to increase or decrease the agreed price if the taxes or public fees affecting the price of the holiday service change.
